CBT stands for Computer-Based Test. Instead of writing answers on paper, you read each question on a computer screen and click your answer. Many major exams in Nigeria, including the JAMB UTME, are taken this way.
You sit at a computer in an approved centre, log in with your details and answer questions within a fixed time. A timer is always visible, and you can move between questions and change an answer before you submit.
Many students know the content but lose marks because they are slow with the mouse, unfamiliar with the layout or short on time. Practising with a timer on a CBT screen removes that surprise on exam day.
Do short timed sessions by subject, check your score straight away, then repeat the topics you missed. A practice platform that shows your weak topics makes this faster.

Not always. A CBT exam is taken on a computer, usually at a centre; an online exam is taken over the internet from anywhere. Some exams are both.
No. Basic mouse skills are enough, and a few practice sessions make the layout familiar.
